Hi, I’m Jeraud Green — a husband, father of three, veteran, and proud stay-at-home dad. While I’m a certified teacher and currently pursuing my Master’s in Teaching and Learning with a graduate certificate in children’s mental health, my full-time role right now is raising my kids and being present for my family.
I started this blog because I believe active fatherhood matters. As a Black dad navigating family life, gaming, and personal growth, I know that others are going through similar experiences. My goal is to create a space where we can share stories, laugh about the struggles, and remind each other that we’re not alone.
Here, you’ll find honest conversations about parenting, the ups and downs of fatherhood, mental health, and, of course, gaming, which is one of my favorite hobbies. I even stream on Twitch when I get the chance (RecycledFootLotion — Pull up).
I’m pretty laid back by nature, but I’ve always got a lot on my mind. Writing and creating help me process those thoughts while also encouraging other dads to keep pushing forward. My hope is that this blog becomes a supportive community where like-minded men can connect, feel seen, and know they’re doing a great job.
